  • When will the chair be delivered

    We deliver within 4 working days and as fast as the next working day.

    Our delivery team will contact you on the day. Delivery timing is from 9am - 9pm.

  • Does the chair comes assembled?

    As standard, the chair does not come assembled, however the assembly process is easy and a guide is included in the package.

    However, with a assembly fee of $20, the chair will be delivered to you assembled. The option is available in the product page.

  • How much is the delivery fee?

    Delivery is FREE of charge.

  • Delivery Date & timing

    We deliver within 4 working days and as fast as the next working day.

    Our delivery team will contact you on the day. Delivery timing is from 9am - 9pm.

  • Tracking of orders

    A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been processed. Our delivery team will contact you on the day of delivery.

  • Pre-Order

    When you purchase a pre-order chair, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page. Once the shipment arrives, we will work to have the chair delivered to you on your chosen delivery date.

  • Do you have a showroom to try the chair?

    Currently we do not have a full-fetch showroom, however, you can make an appointment with us at our Warehouse to try out on our display set chairs. Feel free to leave us a message to make an appointment.

  • What to do if i face issue with the chair?

    In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged, defective or missing parts, do send in a ticket and contact us here

  • Are customisations available?

    Customisations are not avilable at the moment.
